Returns — We’ve Got You Covered
At Rhyzar Official, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. But if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, we’re here to help! ????
You may return most items within 21 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the criteria below:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Returned in the same packaging you received them
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, it unfortunately will not be eligible for a return.
What Can’t Be Returned
Certain products are not eligible for returns or refunds. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear, dirt, or damage
- Items without original tags or packaging

How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Visit our Rhyzar Returns Portal or contact us at ???? sales@rhyzar.com
- Provide your Order ID and shipping address
- Follow the instructions you’ll receive to ship your items back
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. (In those cases, please contact us first and we’ll guide you through the process.)
Return Shipping & Handling
Once your return has been approved:
- You will receive a return shipping label (when applicable)
- Return shipping costs may apply
- Returned items must be shipped within the return window
Please ensure the package is properly sealed and trackable — we’re not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds — What to Expect
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product
- We’ll process your return as usual and issue a refund once received
This helps ensure you get what you want without delay!
Defective or Mistaken Items
We take quality control seriously ❤️
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or full refund
Defect-related returns are handled free of charge wherever possible.
